Is there any way to do forearm blasters at the gym if my gym doesn't have one of these? Can you improvise this device with like a jumping rope and a weight or something?

Just find a beta manlet and give him indian burns.

Make one at home so you're not seen doing these in public

They sell these at sports authority although that one didn't last very long for me.

buy some wood, 50 screws and a screwdriver. once you've smashed 50 screws into a wooden board (something that I do after work while watching TV) you'll see a difference.
just buy a cheap like 5 kilo plate put string through then wrap round a broomstick or something retard

did this exact thing just then in my home gym. what a co-incy-dink. i get the most pumped up forearms known to mang

Just do grip hangs every once in awhile and lift heavy OP. God knows it did more for my forearms then those things ever did.

rock climber here. I have forearms almost as big as my biceps.
Pic is one of the exercise I do at home to keep my pinch strenght and overall forearm strenght.
You can also do towel pull ups. As long as pinching stuff is involved, you start using forarms.

Do this. Most of the people in my family have worked physically their whole life, and they have amazingly thick forearms. The forearm is not just one big muscle, it's lots of small muscles. You need to use them from time to time, and the easiest way to do that is to actually do shit with them.

This. The rope-n-rod device will work OP, but not as much as a farmer's carry.

Make one at home, they work pretty well when done separately.

Fucking hell, how are you alive? Do you have someone taking care of you 24/7? Must be, such a clueless and helpless fuck. Of-fucking-course you can improvise and make one of those devices at the gym you shitstained cunt.
That being said, happy new year!

I feel like this works way better than wrist rollers because you can't cheat with arm/shoulder movement

Tell the gym to buy some. If you've been a member since before 1/1/2016 and it's not some shitty corporate gym they will probably oblige.

a guy in my gym who had a 2k total in his prime (he's like 45 now) does this, but with all sorts of things
he put hook screws in softballs and wood blocks of different sizes and he does static holds & farmers walks while dangling 150-200 lbs from them
