Why would it be? Seriously? I'm wondering what reasoning you could have to think there would be anything wrong with it?
>>
>>35481571

Not OP but I doubt you can properly recover from sprinting every day while cutting
>>
>>35481571

because: >>35481553

and I thought maybe it'd be overtraining? idk
>>
>>35481588
How long are you intending to sprint for?
>>
>>35481540
better to do low intensity everyday, less muscle soreness, more calories burned.
>>
>>35481583

Might depend on volume + intensity, but true. He'd have to monitor his recovery pretty closely.
>>
If you can 'sprint' every day, you aren't really sprinting

HIIT two times a week for 20 mins would be as effective as low intensity every day.

this is why r/fitness/ and /fit/ is forever DYELshitmode

Because interval training is tough to recover from. You're damaged body releases cortisol which breaks down muscle and can be stored as excess fat. If you're on a cut you will have less calories to use towards repairing your damaged muscles. In short, going overboard with sprints (7 days a week), while on a calorie deficit will hurt you more than it will help you. You need calories to repair the damaged muscles from sprinting.

depends on how long youre sprinting and resting i guess. if youre doing it once daily i wouldnt do it for longer than 20-30 minutes a day if that. most running sites dont even recommend running daily let alone balls out sprinting. if youre sprinting HARD truly sprinting daily youre going to fuck you shit up sooner or later. unless youre black.

HIIT beats LISS easily but not by that much fuqboi
>>
>>35481540
Say good bye to your knees op
>>
>>35482136
No, it's because when faggots do HIIT their sprint is 40% exertion instead of 80%.
>>
>>35482949
Close to. It's virtually twice as effective.
>>
I do alot of sled work for conditioning, when I first started doing it, my squats took a mild bump, but I was struggling to keep the weight on.
Honestly, who cares if you squat %10 less temporarily, your legs are still as strong.

>i can sprint for 20 minutes

no nigga, you cannot.

You can do HIIT for 20 minutes.
>>
>>35481653
>Sprinting for 20 minutes
