Go look it up on examine.com. You have to consume a lot and It's only effective along side high doses of caffeine. It also has low bioavailability so I think people mix it with l-carnitine or something to get it to work.
The actual Green tea studies done have to do with a certain chemical in the tea leaves. You need to have something like 6 or more cups of green tea a day for it to actually increase fat burning. And you can keep in mind that the studies were done with obese folks who were already on a caloric deficit.
You could probably achieve the same effect by just doing an EC stack. Less hassle and proven effective. Just a little harder to get our hands on.
