i work 50 hours at a physically exhausting job and suffer from depression.
I'm constantly exhausted. I barely eat because if it comes down to sleeping for five extra minutes or having time to grab something for breakfast I pick the sleep. or if not that, I don't have the energy to get out of bed. it's just not that important.
