You sound pretty much like me in your age. I discovered that i was acting like a beta with my old alpha friends, who all had girl friends and where generally going in the right direction with their lives. Going to a club with them has allways been difficult to me since I couldn't score chicks around them due to my suddenly lower confidence. the first thing to establish is - is that in your head or is it real? If it's in your head then there are tons of resources on how to raise self-esteem.
If it isn't in your head then work out if it's in your power to change. Dr. Mike Mew's work on maxillary retrusion can change facial structure up to a point, I've seen the evidence of what it can do in transforming someone into a more attractive version of themselves - really dramatic transformation, but it took over a year - still worth it, though.
Does a beard help? If you can't grow a beard or it's patchy then work on hormone levels, diet, weight-lifting etc.
Also remember looks are not everything for men, cultivate personality.
