Me.. 23 lifting for 1 1/2 years. 70 inches 170 lbs or 177cm 77kg. Taking con-crēt and protons.
365 DL w/ mixed grip
225 Bench & 90 lb/40.8 kg DB press for ~6 reps
185 Squat (never done 1RM) about 10 reps a set
Low 6 minute mile, high 4 second 40yd dash
9ft Broad jump
Can do roughly 25-30 pull-ups if I've had some time to recover.
45 lb/20.4 kg X 10 weighted dip sets
Looking for tips on how I can take my strength to the next level. My lift progression has slowed down in the last few months and I've stopped gaining weight all together.

I've been going to the gym 5 days a week after work while fasting from early November untill now.
I've been lifting for over 1.5 years with 2 pauses of 3 months each.
I'm 1.83m around 85kg.
Bench 120kg 1RM
Squat 120kg 1RM
DL 160kg 1RM
I can do 2 handed push-ups, while using 2 fingers on each hand, i can also do single handed push-ups (i was pretty strong before i started lifting)..

And i'm thinking about doing Stronglifts 5x5 (with extra excercises), because i want to improve my main lifts.
