Eh I went through RASP, just make sure you can do a shitload of push ups and run 5 miles in <37 min or so

Hiya anon. Soldier here, not a Ranger. From what I've heard, SF guys, Airborne and other hooah soldiers do modified PRT drills. These modified exercises are oriented to achieve the requirements needed in order to qualify and graduate super high speed hooah schools. In my experience, these are the best exercises to develop your performance while in training. However, you can combine weight training and cardio training for your specific needs.

No problem man. These are fun AF too. My favorite exercises in the Army are the power jump and the V-up. You can never go wrong with doing these until failure.
