I can't recommend greg and kinobody enough. After fucking around doing the usual pump training that most people do, this past summer I discovered his channel and his advice changed everything for me. In my first 4 months using his general approach I went from inclining 135X5 to 205X3, dipping 45X5 to 125X4, and chinning 25X5 to 100X4!! The most miraculous 4 months of my life. I decided to buy his greek god program and he isn't really giving away any secrets that aren't on his youtube channel. For me personally, I have a bad back so have avoided most lower body training since forever. I finally found bulgarian split squats and have been going hard on them, recently do 200lbs X 5.

his mega workout is meant for people that have already got a good level of strength on his greek god program, and its adding extra volume for hypertrophy. I would still focus on the lower volume stuff if you are still building up strength. When I first started doing it, I eased into the lower volume. I coudn't believe that so many people could be wrong, I would do maybe 4 working sets 4 times a week and it responded. Went down to just 3 sets of 2 exercises 2 times a week and strength exploded like never before. Doesn't really make sense.

I'm 6'0 and I admire him because he looks GOOD. It doesn't even matter how much he weights, nor his height, which isn't that short at 5'10. He looks more proportionated than almost every bodybuilder and 9/10 people in general. Besides men and women, both would prefer Greg instead of some roid monster.
