I start the university in 16 days and want to make a good ripped first impression. However, I fell for the SS meme and my arms are pretty small in comparison to my torso.

How do I get my arms as big as possible in 16 days? I don't have any biceps or triceps isolation work in my program as of now. How much progress can be done?

I do pullups and quite many too, but they work my lats more than anything. Arms are pretty small even though I can do 10+

Breh you will make progress, Piano claims you will add 1 inch to your arms after an 8 hour session. Think what you would get from 128 hour arms.

Just hit arms more intensely, double the volume, add it to your program.
