Hi /fit/ I am 20 years old and i can't believe i have a problem getting or maintaning an erection. It was so easy for me to get one i was always worried about getting one at the wrong time and people seeing it. Now i would do anything for those days back as its so hard for me to get one. My penis however does become fully erect as I am about to ejaculate, but then quickly dies down afterwards. If I am masturbating however, and I keep myself at the point of almost ejaculating, I can keep a real erection, but only if I stay at that point. What can i do to fix this problem?

maybe you're deficient in something then, plant foods are pretty important from what I hear. I'd recommend incorporating more plant foods into your diet, make some raw salads maybe with carrot, cucumber, apple. If you add olive oil as a sauce they can be really tasty and filling. Feta cheese and flageolet beans work well with it too. and apple cider vinegar and pita bread as a side if you want it to be even more filling.

I eat the widest variety I can and it looks more or less like that image to the left. You should probably eat more fresh plant foods than that image suggests, though (I think it isn't showing the proportions you should eat, just the different types of food).

Yes, but don't go crazy with it. Your body should be focused on recovering from lifting, not cardio. Preferably you'd do it on rest days, or try to have six hours between lifting and cardio if you're doing them on the same day.
