Nigga, are you serious? As one of the few people with a great catch wrestling coach, that shit is rare as fuck. Almost nowhere do you actually find "catch wrestling". You find catch wrestling mixed with modern grappling styles. That's what we do and its great.
I personally know 1 person that has an actual "catch wrestling class" and is a good coach. DESU, it probably isn't a full catch wrestling class as I doubt he shows pins and shit. But I could be wrong. We don't even have a "catch wrestling class" and Erik and my coach learned catch under the same person.
Anyways, just training for Muay Thai has very low risk head injury. If you train Muay Thai traditionally your risk is basically non existant. With traditional training, you are more likely to injury your head getting thrown, than hit. And the odds of injury from throw is pretty low.

Try a grappling sport. Judo, BJJ, Wrestling, Sambo, etc.
Less focus on attacking the head, so less chance for repeated concussions.
More focus on throwing people, landing on them and twisting their limbs around, though. So there is still a significant risk of injury.
