What's the best way to get 1/2/3/4 lifts?
lift
lol, dont lift like a retard for 4-6 months
1/2/3/4 is top 1% of the population

So if you take a full capacity football stadium full of normal people how many could bench 2 plates or deadlift 4?
>>35444393
Adult males could
>>35444398
who is baiting who
>>35444393
10% or less, males only statistically. womens are super rare
How can you call yourself an adult male if you cant even do a beginner lift like 4pl8 dl?
>>35444444
>>35444393
Some would be able to press 1 plate but with horrible form and legs
Some would be able to bench press 2 plate once.
Only guys that actively train will be able to squat and dead-lift 3 and 4 plates
im 1/1/1/1 masterrace.
I just a few sets of each lift using 1 plate everyday of the week and i maintain a better body than 99.9% of the population.
I know it makes no sense, I use to have 1.25 / 2.5 / 3.5 / 4.75 at one point in my lifting days a few years ago, since then ive managed to maintain the gains i made getting to that level by just doing 1/1/1/1 on every lift. Don't ask me how or why thats possible, its just worked for me, the gains have stayed.
>>35444393
Maybe 1-2% of people there. So basically all of the genetically elite men. Most menccan't even bench their bodyweight let alone 2 plates.
1/2/3/4 is a shit way of measuring strength. A 90kg man benching 2plate is a joke.
Best proportions are 1/1.5/2/2.5x bodyweight.
>>35445585
stay mad manlet
>>35444525
>1pl8 deadlifts
What's the point?
>>35445585
Uh huh
Look if you're going to use a manlet metric, at least learn what wilks is.
Otherwise you look like a manlet rookie that doesn't know what he's talking about
2/3.5/5/6.25 here, been steadily plugging away for years, slow ass natty gains suck

>>35445857
The Press is the most overrated movement there is. The bench is superior because a good bench displays both correct technique and upper-body strength.
>>35445844
>strength should be measured by a straight bw metric (btw I'm a midget)
>if you disagree with me you're a fat American

>>35445895
You're too tall and weigh too much. Yes, you will die early. 75 is young when others will be living to 90, 100. Not a man let I'm 5 10 in spain.
If my lifts are beginning to stall, do I need to do something like the texas method? Or can I just keep trying each workout to get the sets and eventually get stronger?
>>35450159
lifts naturally stagnate. as long as youre not stupid, you will progress albeit slower over time.

>>35450559
low testosterone?
do you count calories and protein?
eat big to get big bruh
>>35445857
We aren't talking about high numbers, just a 2pl8 bench. And bench is a good way to increase upper body strenght.
>>35445867
>>35450740
Bench is a good way of measuring how much upper body strength you can display while laying on your back.
>>35448656
How unfortunate. With months of hard work you could probably improve quite a bit.
>>35444460
4 plates each side, unless you're trolling that ain't beginner
