Oui. Kind of pissed I hadn't done it sooner. No miracle in removing buttwink or forward lean but they did allow me to go much wider, and they did alow me to focus on sitting back more, which really reduced any buttwink. I'm v excited. Only get one more squat training day with them before the meet though, so who knows what kind of excitement they will bring.

I never did cardio until 2 years ago, first when I started I could run 15 minutes at 12 km/h pace. And I have asthma so I'm not over estimating but from what I noticed people give up running whenever it gets hard. Just fucking run it's as easy as that, if you're seriously overweight then maybe it's harder but just fucking run it's not hard. If you have the discipline to work out 3 times a week and watch your diet then you can run also.

Did you measure your heart beat and kept it in the recommended range for actual cardio (which is the opposite of just running with a racing hard like crazy)?

Because that's literally what cardio is about: being able to run longer / faster while having a moderate heart beat.

Now I do longer runs and it's never above 160 maybe 180 when I really get the pace up, I'm running average on 15 km/h now but when I hit it harder I go 20 or more.
But now I'm training for running so maybe it's not that relevant.

Drop the weight down 35% and up the reps hard. Use that for one week then switch (ease back into it) to what you were doing normally the next week. Flip flop for a month. If that doesn't snap your shit up you'll make gains.

Really if you are stagnating too hard then you are probably using too high of a weight right now. You didn't master the lower weights.

Pay attention to where your weight goes when you squat. If you're on your toes, then you should work on it. Going forward a little with lighter weights isn't as bad since your butt provides a counter balance. When you squat heavy, your butt won't be able to do that anymore.

First. Drop the weights down 50% and practice slow reps. Focus on moving from the bottom of the squat, up.

Drive the bar up with your ass. You may feel like you are but really you are just pushing your ass back without engaging it as hard as it needs to. The ass and hamstrings are what will pull your upper body, and the bar, up with your ass. You are overloading your lower back (this is where you lean forward at the bottom of the squat) instead of your ass.

Do some standing bodyweight squats now and just feel what it's like to keep your abs and ass tight the whole movement through. Don't drop down, lower down slow, rise back up focusing on that lucious ass.

But I do move my ass. Someone told me that I needed to push the floor away with my legs instead of trying to shoot my hips up, and that does help a little, but if I make my legs the dominant part of the lift I can't handle the weight.

I would switch to high-bar but feel pain around my right shoulderblade when I place the bar on my traps, for some reason.
