So i have been reading on and off about it for the last 3 years and my hair (front) is incredible thin now. I am now ready to make the jump, but i want to hear your experience with it. Did it have any affect on your sex life? on your gains? where do you buy it? would you recommend it ?

I have been on it for about 8 months and have regained much of what i lost. I am back to a solid nw1,5. No side effects, no sexual sides and no effects on muscle mass.
I buy it at my local pharmacy as a generic for about 10 euro. I split them into 4s, so one packet lasts for 4 months.
It was really, really worth it for me!

i've been reading on propecia for about a year before i decided to take the jump. i tried to avoid all the paranoia and simply read the studies myself. it eventually became clear to me that propecia has very little risk. i decided to take it about 7 months ago, as an "experiment". i decided that if at any point i'll get side effects, i will drop it immediately. my dick is more important to me than my hair.
anyway, it's been 7 months now, maybe 8. i have not suffered any side effects. maybe my libido dropped about 15%, but that's probably beause i've been working hard and hardly sleeping lately. also i'm 28 and fap about once every two days, so i guess i'm perfectly fine. i'm always down to fuck. never had boner issues. semes is just as thick as it's ever been. can't think of anything else really. i'll probably get my hormones checked and sperm count in the year's mark, just in case.
as for the hair.. it was actually not bad when i started taking it. just slightly receeding at the temples, a little bit of thinning in the crown. you wouldn't say i'm "balding" or anything, it was more of a preemptive measure. it's a little worse now, actually. that's how it is when you stard taking the drug, first some hair falls off, so be prepared. it didn't grow back as of yet, but it probably will. they say the best results are in the 2 year mark. i'm optimistic.

It's placebo bullshit most likely. And Joel McHale has a hair transplant, and possibly silicone "pecs" or something like that. His muscles don't look real on Community, more like a "muscle suit", the proportions aren't right.
Been on it for about 6 months. I take the generic. I also use rogaine and nizoral shampoo. The hair gains have been great, and my hair keeps getting healthier.
With that said, I might quit. I noticed that I have not been as sharp as before i started the drug. My cognitive abilities like memory and critical thought seem to be struggling. Basically I think I have brain fog, which is a common anecdotal side effect described by users of hair loss forums about the drug.
There is scientific research that has been done that gives support to the possibility of propecia/finasteride causing cognitive issues. Basically the drug has been shown to significantly reduce the concentration neurosteroids. This is unsettling as neurosteroids have important functions in brain health.

I do style/spike the hair, all these pictures are with my hair combed down and forward which is not how I style my hair.
I think its hit or miss on the sides op. Im 36 now, started balding around 22 and took fin off an on until 30.
The first few months on fin, i would be fine but later on my libido would drop drastically and my semen became really watery, eventually brain fog would set in and stuff like making a simple list or remembering what i had done the day before became difficult, the sides would disappear after i stopped and having tried it several times i know they werent fake or just in my mind, that being said, fin did an excellent job of restoring my hairline and keeping it looking nice, for me it just wasnt worth it to have a nice hairline but a broken dick and brain fog. I shave and rock a vin diesel look but im checking out scalp micropigmentation as an alternative

Got my hair cut a few weeks ago before Christmas. Asked the girl for a number 2 buzz. She goes "ohh...." In like a disapproving tone. I'm like "what? No good?" I've been questioning my hair a lot lately. It seems like my scalp is clearly visible in direct light, especially around the crown, but I'm not sure if it's thinning or if it's just because of my hair type. I've went through older photo's from 3 years ago, and even back then, it seems like my crown is slightly visible on several images, which is why I suspect my hairstyle is to blame.

I have been unsing minox for the last 6 years and Propecia for the last 3 (stoping 4 months this summer).
The libido may go a bit down, but it is mostly pshycological, i fix the libido issue by doing kegels and my sex ife has not ever been better than now.
About the brain fog i am not sure what to say, i do have some but i think i was this was my entire life.
i started balding at 20, now i am 26 and I would be bald by now if not by the help of this drugs.

PD: Biotin (Regaxidil) is great for the white shit that appears in the scalp after using minox.
So i basically do: 12 sprays of Minox 5 % before going to bed, 1/5 of Propecia (proscar) on the mornings and a lot of regaxidil (Biotin, zinc and other shit mix) after washing my face in the mornigns.

No, But if youre over 18 any doctor will prescribe it to you if you directly ask them. Some might be hesitant, but if you say you want it they will give it.
