everytime i bench, i only really feel it in my arms, regardless of my arch technique, or how wide my grip is.

Took me nearly three years just to hit body weight. Feels bad sempai-tachi.

I started feeling it more in my pecs when I switched to a higher angle between my arms and body. I used to be nearly like, 45°, now I'm closer to 75 or 80.

Still feel it a lot in my triceps, still feel pain in my biceps and delts when near my max.

You're benching more than bodyweight, which is not that bad. If you're not making progress anymore you should really look into changing your routine. I made it to 75kg for 3x6 and got stuck for months, trying to force progress on a novice routine.
Then i switched to Candito 6 week, now at the end of the first cycle and my bench has gone up 10kg while losing bodyweight.
Just try something different and read Practical Programming like the other guy said.
