The dude who played the Twister in Ip Man 2. His name is Darren Shahlavi. There aren't many pictures of his physique online, but he had top tier biceps, abs, and a nice meatshield.
I'm bulking right now and I've added more exercises to my back and biceps routine. I'm also still doing crunches even though I'm bulking. I'll probably start cutting next year and hopefully I'll look somewhat like him.
