Why would I not call someone out when he's doing something very harmful for his/her/pronoun body? We do it with tobacco and excessive drinking already and the symptoms of those take much longer to show.

I mean, I actually think a handful of these are valid. The statements aren't like advice on how to lose weight or medically inaccurate, they are just things people say to overweight people that make them uncomfortable for no reason. When someone says "Your not fat!" after you just admitted you are fat, it turns being fat into this issue that can't be talked about, which in turn makes it an issue nobody wants to deal with. It used to be that way in US until like 5 years ago. Basically feminism has gotten really damn powerful, and they decided that fat acceptance is the way to go. That's why fat acceptance is almost exclusively for women.
Feminist women support fat acceptance because it lowers the bar for everyone. the more women that are fat, the less fat they all look by comparison. We can already see this a lot with women who are like 20-30 pounds overweight and don't even get called fat anymore.

One day he asked me how I maintain my lean muscular body (I'm far from perfect though) and helped him. I took him down the gym and allowed him to take it easy for the first few weeks.
