Possibly. Bench doesn't affect squat and deadlift as much as they affect each other though. You should be able to stress, recover and adapt fine on bench if you did it more than once a month,

I've sort of hit a wall with deadlift at the moment so going to put together a plan for 2016. Goals are 220/145/250 squat/bench/deadlift

I don't have narrow shoulders, they are 20 inches wide, but I do weigh around 6 stone less than you so of course you have more muscle to deal with

I started lifting with 10 inch arms at 18% body fat as an 18 year old. It took me 4 months to reach a 60 kg bench press.

Def worth, it teaches you more than just the movements. It does a good job of making sure that you stay out of the bad habits people can form otherwise: bad form, skipping days/body parts, trying to progress too fast, etc.

I do a Push/Pull/Legs routine twice a week. I used to just lift because I liked it, but then I picked up rugby as well. Now I train for that too. I honestly don't do anything too crazy or out of the box; I think everyone should do what they find comfortable, enjoyable, and effective. It's not worth it if you can't find that balance.

They don't have anything to really show calf strength on that site, I normally do 4plat seated calf raises for 5 sets of 20 with the last 10 being slow descend negatives about twice a week and then do one legged 4plat calf raises on a smith machine for burnouts on my proper leg day, I also stand all day at work and have for the last decade.
