The skin has formed a pocked and it accumulates pus. It's not dangerous. If you clean it daily with salt water it will go away in a week or so.
Sometimes the pocket stays and you'll have a problem with pus on occations. If so yiu have to repeat the process or contact a doctor to have it closed.
