Let me preface this by saying I really have an appreciation for what these elite crossfitters do, the workouts they do at the games are extremely grueling to say the least. Say what you want about average crossfitters or beginners who don't know what they're doing but the people at the top of the crossfit pyramid are amazing athletes. What I have a problem with is the tag 'fittest on earth'. I'm not sure anyone can truly define what fitness is, because if you ask a crossfitter, a powerlifter, an ifbb pro and an Olympic weightlifter you would likely get a different answer from all of them. Because fitness is so subjective I have a hard time believing that one person can be more 'fit' than any other person on the planet. I have no problem saying rich froning is the best crossfitter in the world, which is an extremely impressive feat in and of itself, but not 'fittest man on earth'
