Putting it in a bottle and shaking it really hard helps as well. It also helps warm up your arms a bit

Cutting shake:
1/2 cup of strawberries/blueberries/something
1 banana
1 scoop of whey
3 big spoonfuls of peanut butter
1/2 to 3/4 cup of plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
Fill the rest of it with 2% milk. I use a nutribullet if that helps put size in perspective.
Bulking shake:
Substitute ice cream of choice (I prefer chocolate) for yogurt, so two or three scoops. Also use whole milk instead of 2%. Lastly use two bananas.
You guys have other recipes similar to this? Also bump with the true queen of fit.

A proper cutting shake if you really want to limit the cals would be...
1c milk (2% or less I suppose)
1 scoop whey (Any kind)
1 serving fruit, to match the whey flavor (banana- chocolate whey, blueberries - vanilla whey)
Which would round out to around 250-300 cal
An 800~ cal shake would definitely serve as a meal replacement

1C 1% milk
1/2C regular oats
1 scoop whey
1 Banana
1 peanut butter scoop
Taste is whatever, personally i dont even like the taste of whey but it feels good chugging a thick sludge of health stuff
