From the 450 I was at to my current weight, I don't have much loose skin to speak of. Plenty of atretch marks of course but the "tummy pouch" I see on most who have lost a lot I don't have (yet).

I lose about 2 lbs a week, work a very physical job, and my daily intake is 120igh grams of protein a day. Hopefully the protein and muscle building from my job will offset excess loose skin

Yes and no. I was the 450lb anon who posted before. 450lbs. Almost a quarter ton as a 19 year old. Being/getting that fat doesnt just happen. It takes dedication, ignorance, and denial. I cant tell you how much I hated myself then. The only thing I would think about between eating was when/what me next meal is and how much I wish my heart would just give out so I can die already. I lacked the willpower to change and was too pussy to swallow a bullet, jump off a bridge, or slice my wrists. Sounds all hurr super edgy but I was in a very dark place then.
Seeing people who were as big/bigger than me at my heaviest perpetuate a liftestyle of sloth, gluttony, and overall terrible life choices as a good thing makes me want to puke. Every one of these people is lying when they say they're happy and I know it from personal experience.

Jesus how delusional is she? I am a fatty diabetic on Metformin and she seriously thinks she was prescribed it to "prevent" diabetes? Metformin helps to control bloodsugar spikes and very rarely is given to a non-diabetic. She was probably at the prediabetic stage and he doc gave it to her because he didnt want to argue with her over her disease.
And before you guys ask, my fasting blood sugar is around 120mg/dl which is within functional range for a non-diabetic who has eaten in the past few hours. My highest is usually around 190mg/dl if I eat a carb heavy sandwhich from Subway. But I am on Metformin and doing training usually either two times a day or every day once/two times. Which means going to the gym lifting weights and running for one hour each time. I haven't been perfect at keeping it, but I am still building up the discipline from a life of being a fatty.
But this woman is just painfully delusional about her disease, bitch needs to take care of it. Metformin and exercise and diet have gotten mine under a medium to good level of control, the fact that she was taking Metformin and still had blood glucose levels high enough to hit the diabetic watermarks is usually cause for alarm.
