Depending on what my workout for the day is, I cycle between oatmeal, heated in a pan of whole milk with a little cinnamon, or egg with bacon/ham oven bakes. Dont know what they're called, but pretty much identical like in the pic.
Normally add spring onions and a little cheese on them. Serve with black coffee.

use a muffin tray for these
