My partner is going away for a month and I'm hoping to do some exercise and impress him when he returns but a sort of "Exercise along to..." video or series would be best because I have no clue what I'm doing.
At home I have some free weights (dumbells) but that's it.

Alan Thrall is like most academic documentaries. hard to watch but has good advice.
