I'm 24 with a dad-bod-in-training. I want to become lean, but all I see are threads for getting huge. Obviously eating less, and better are imperative; but what should my focus be in exercise?
Sticky :)

Looked and found no help. I'll look again.
You got fat (if you're not skinny or ripped, you're fat, don't delude yourself, fatty) because you ate too much and didn't move enough. You want the opposite of weight gain to happen. What can you logically deduce to be the solution to your problem?

I am aware I am fat, thus the dad bod comment. I'm asking specifically what kinds of exercises I should focus on.

OP getting schooled by a 16 years old. How does it feel to be beta OP?
proly focus on getting bigger and stronger overall since more muscle= higher metabolism
glutes are the biggest muscle group so do your squats
yo bro, just start weight training and eat less junk

> calories out

Okay. Get started, stick with it, don't do something obviously retarded, and results will come. Sounds good.
