So whats the verdict on stairclimbers?

Back in the 'day' - over 30+ years. I was banned from a gym because I burnt-out a stairmaster( no bull). Also, banned because I scared womyn!

Three years back had surgery on my left plantar fascia from 3 rips, which surgeon believed I had over 25+ years. You guess.
