Now that I'm doing 2.5 plate squats for reps, can I just stop?

Like, I really don't want my legs to get any bigger than this.

You don't want to disappoint your parents, do you?
>>
When your legs are too big
your upper body is just too small

Stopping is not an option
>>
Can you explain 2.5 plates? Is that two 45s and a 25 (lbs) each side?
>>
>>35415961
120kg
>bar 20kg
>1pl8 = 40kg
>2pl8 = 80kg

Make your upper body stronger. Maybe stop upping the intensity of your leg lifts and start running more to get that balance between strength and speed in the legs. Running will probably make your calves bigger without blowing up your quads, and you may find your quads look more proportional with big calves.

wtf no
here's the equation

plate(plates) = 20kg + (plates)40kg

or imperial

plate (plates) = 45lbs + (plates)90lbs
>>
>>35416052
1 pl8 is a plate on EACH side. It would be more like 60kg for 1 pl8, 100kg for 2 pl8 and 120 for 2.5.

holy shit, are you guys dense or just autistic
>>
Legally, you're required to keep going until you get at least 3pl8.

>>
>>35415742
Yes, just maintain that squat.
If you lift just for appearance and general well-being, then it's perfectly fine to stop there.

Some would argue it's a shame to stop there, but it's your life m8.
