The problem is my legs are actually getting SMALLER. It's all muscle now, no fat, but they're literally less than 2/3 their old size.

I've lost all my will to continue. My upper body looks great but legs are awful. Can I Squat out of this? Or give it up?

and yeah, I know it might seem like a lot now but that's actually super light weight dude. Once you start squatting in the 350+ range your legs will probably blow up. As long as you're eating to support growth.

My Bench is still better than my Squat, almost better than my DL to be honest.

No leg pics on my, I'll get some when I get home, but that's my current Routine

There's my torso. Kinda skele, but I'm 6'5" 207 lbs. Anyone have tips on thicker legs? Girlfriend commented that they seem thinner. It was like a punch in the gut because I've actually been making an effort. Ass is smaller too.

everything but squat increases.

i just keep deloading since i feel like going higher would fucking destroy my body.

so i try to adjust form again for the 4th time and retry building up from lmao1plate. then i get to 80 and for the next week some part of my body feels awefull so i need to rest 2 weeks untill either my
knees
sides
or hip joints
dont feel like they are getting destroyed.

and even then since i started squatting no matter what i do the sides of my pelvis flare up in pain sometimes and i have not been able to fix this with any form fix

Intermediate lifter here,
19 years old, 100kg Bodyweight
Squat 125KG x5
Front Squat 110KGx4
OHP 60KG x4
Deadlift 190KG x1

I believe i could squat some more weight, but i have to improve my techique before increasing the weight.

Related question to this thread: my shitty squat morning is stopping me from progressing, I'm pretty sure it's due to weak quads. If I deload regular squats and let my front squat increase will I ever be able to go for a pr without looking like a folding chair?
