the temptation is to eat more protein as you get leaner, because you want to fight protein breakdown, and increase protein anabolism... but you area already eating more than sufficient protein for anabolism, carbs and fats contribute to anabolism as well
carbs are arguably more important than fats for hormones, and inarguably more important for anabolism
