So I just started using creatine and BCAA supplements, which is nice.
Here is the thing though. The packet recommends I do a "loading phase", eg. take 4x5 grams for 5 days, then moving down to eventually hit 1x5 gram a day maintenance dosis.
Should I do the loading phase or not? What will the (possbiel?) consequences be? Can I take some of them at once (like 2x5 at once so 1x10)?

2. Take 5g a day, 2x2.5 for best results
3. Take creatine after a big meal with a lot of carbs (insulin spike)
4. Type does not matter, just use monohydrate

It's not like it won't work if you don't do a loading phase. It may (or may not) take a couple extra days to get "saturated" with it is all. And even that is debatable.
