Well I played football in highschool and ballooned up to 290.. Got a gym membership and dicked around for about a year. Then I found /fit/ and started tracking my macros and following a PPLPPLx routine.. But 2015 I focused on dropping weight. And lost about 100 pounds this year. You need to thicken upper body if you want it to match your legs (that I assume are strong with that much leg workout).

I recommend OHP, bent over rows, tricep extensions, dips, lateral dumbbell raises for delts, wide grip pull-ups, etc.

8 months ago I weighed 120 pounds, was starting to hallucinate because of how little I was eating

I now weigh 160, its still hard for me to eat food but getting gains really helps drive me forward, thanks for the help senpai

I've found that the chest explodes with regular, incline, and ohp. I try to stay wide with full range of motion and notice a big difference. Next time you do chest day, finish with an incline set of 15 reps. Wait 20 seconds and do 6 reps of the same weight. Try 8 reps after 20 seconds, then try 10 reps after another 20. It will fucking kill you but will give you a taste of what's coming if you lift heavy incline. Start including inclines and front raises into your routine. 4 X 6 is the best for strength, which is what i recommend.

I squat 4 days a week (3 times back squat, one front squat) I used to squat low bar so I had weak quads for a long time. Started to squat highbar in September and I went from 5x120 to 5x145 and 1x165

My front squat is still weak : 1x135 (with a belt...)

I think 3-4 months of squatting can help you build solid legs
