I've always noticed that I have a pretty big behind. Like, it really is noticeably big. I'm male so this is a pretty bad thing. Like, it's not abnormally huge or anything, but it's big enough to make me feel uncomfortable walking around in public without wearing a big jacket. I hate the paranoia over people looking at it and thinking I'm deformed or something.
I've also got a stomach so maybe it's fat related; would it just involve exercising the old-fashioned way? Though, I remember having it even when I was thinner in my teens, so I don't know if that would even help. I can't even talk to people about this since they'll think I'm some kind of fag. Hell, googling about it brings up heaps of gay results. Please help, /fit/.

I read the sticky before, it mentions that where you lose fat is really up to genetics. Does this mean I'm fucked? I mean, I've gotten pretty fat lately but I'm pretty sure I've always had a massive ass for almost all of puberty. I don't know anymore, I'm freaking out at the thought of it.
