There's not enough amount of exercise that will make you thin if you're also compensating for it with more food.
You get thinner by eating less calories than you spend. You can increase how many calories you spend through increasing exercise amount. You can decrease how many calories you eat by eating less.
You can do both at the same time for better results. But shutting your fucking mouth is good enough to get thin.
