30lb of muscle bro? I think you're expecting too much, aim for at least 5lb - 10lb on lean muscle, otherwise your just going to get fat.

Otherwise My Goals:

>keep lifting
>learn a martial art.

i enjoy food and lifting, in my head if i hit 200lb by the end of next year i'd probably have to lose somewhere in the region of 12-20lbs to look good

Still seems a bit too much. How many years do you have lifting? When I started I also weight 170lb now I'm weighing in at about 210lb at 20% BF. That took me about 3 years to be honest.

ive been lifting for like 4 years maybe, never really taken it serious

went from 132lbs to 170ish

majority of the time i was only lifting 2 days per week

Hitting 1/2/3/4 would be great but I'm not sure it's within the realm of possibility (currently at half that with every lift). Still, I guess that's what I'm shooting for.

-Go from 270 lbs. to 220 lbs.
-2pl shoulder press for reps
-3pl bench press for reps
-4pl squat for reps
-5pl deadlift for reps

2015 Accomplishments
-Went from 422 lbs. to 235 lbs.
