I dropped 100 pounds this year and as you can tell my body is fucked up from it.

For me I've been a fatty throught child hood. My parents never really cared and feed me whatever and I didn't know any better. Ballooned up to 290
In highschool playing football. Once I graduated I found /fit/ and started working out and dropping the weight. Following a strength routine.

Just turned 20 years old
195 pounds as of this morning
And I'm 6'4
Been lifting for about a year following proper "nutrition" and a routine

>What do you plan on doing to try to help with the problems you're facing now?

Well I plan on cutting till New Years then maintaining my calories for a month or so and "lean bulk" so I can hopefully pack on some muscle and help fill out my nasty loose skin. Then cut and rinse and repeat. Granted I know I still have fat to get rid of but I'm going to put on some muscle first since I've been dropping weight for so long. And hopefully I'll look better when I decide to cut in the future.

I know my lower stomach is nasty as fuck but I pulled them down lower so you Guys can see how fucked it looks. But if I wear then normal you can't even tell I was a fatty

And when it comes to the lose skin, as a grill I can say that your situation isn't bad at all. You've got nice muscles and you are tall, so don't you sweat too much about that little detail. I assume that you live in the States and most people aren't even in that good shape that you are right now. I live in Europe, and with that physic you'd be in a better shape than an average dude, a bit lose skin or not.

And you are young so chances are that it'll get better, especially as your muscles grow. And forget about what he said >>35403326 in a sense of what comes to femails, average chicks doesn't notice such stuff nor they really know what's ideal in bodybuilding and what not. Most girls really just care about your height, shoulders, abs and biceps.

Worth mentioning that I'm fit and I've never been fat either.

I know my skin isn't that big of an issue.. I've been with girls and they didn't even say anything or ask about it. I'm just really self conscious Coming from a fatty And in my mind I'm still that fat fuck. Also truthfully the bathroom lighting makes it looks way worse than it is. And I could care less about my hips it's not like I'm going into competition for body building or anything so it's Meh. But thanks it means a lot even if you're really not a girl lol

i started skinny fat and have been working out 18 months and dont look anywhere near as good as your final pic yet, i look closer to your pic at 200ish

you look like you had some solid mass at the start though, so I guess that helped

that has the rough time line.
always have done P/P/L, auto regulated. so compound (pendlay row, bench, press, squat, dl) in some rep scheme. between 3-8 rep scheme, lower when bulking, higher when cutting. then accessories, when i cut i dont max, just train to failure and try and not lose too much strength, do more accessories though and lower rest times.

as for diet, recomped i just counted cals and protein, was like 3k cals 200 grams of protein.
first cut i did higher carb low fat(bad idea) and around 220 grams of protein, ate 2750 cals. Bulked on high carb, lowish fat(sorta useless and made macro portioning hard, got bored of pasta)
Last cut, ate 3350 cals but did between 700-1000 cals of cardio a day, prob round 260 grams of protein(for satiety not muscle building), high fat, and low carb(for me, still like 200 grams, and all around workouts).
Anything else you wanna know?

I've basically added about 50 pounds to my Dl, 100 pounds to my squat, and 50 pounds to my bench this cut(bench gains came from some cue changes and 30 of those within the last 2 weeks)

also for nutrition this bulk i started on high carb low fat(theres some science to this for initial stages of a bulk i dont feel like explaining) then lowered carbs and upped fat, from like 80 grams to maybe like 10, and carbs from around 700g to 550.
Eating like 180-200 grams of protein and around 3750-4k cals daily. Although I've sorta started a mini cut since i took that last pic, because bulking is too hard at home(back for winter break).

Current weight is 192 at 6'1" highest weight was 265. I dropped 30 lbs. from last August to October then held that until the end of this past June. Got down to current weight by about mid-September and decided to stay here for awhile and put on some muscle and so I had the energy for cross-country. I feel and look like such a fat piece of shit, I hadn't been able to run for the past 2 months due to a knee injury and now that I can I have no motivation and i struggle with eating little enough just to maintain. The weight had been falling off but I am always hungry now and I lost the willpower not to stuff my face. Can someone please tell me we are all gonna make it.

as for the increase, if you watch that video i posted, I'm way over tucked. I'm not flaring my elbows out, and overtucking them means I wasn't forming a 90 degree angle from elbow to pec and that my forearms weren't vertical.
Fixing that alone has added the 30 pounds just in the last 2 weeks, I've PRed every workout since I fixed it. In fact I PRed twice today, I figure ill be benching 3 plate within the next 3 weeks.

Man dont cut anymore or you'll go straight to Auschwitz mode those flabs arent fat you've just lost 100lb its just loose skin. Slight caloric surplus and training would be the best at this point. You'll get muscle to "fill" that loose skin and look more ripped than if u were to cut more. Great job on losing weight though.

Since Sophomore year in highschool. Always chubby as a kid but highschool is where I ballooned. Won't get into too much but at a younger age (15ish) I was forced to grow up quickly due to certain family and home problems. Was the acting "parent figure" for my younger sister for a while. Drugs and alcohol were part of the reason for family woes so I never turned to them for stress relief. I turned to comfort eating.

Not an ameuter nor a pro for lifting. Maybe 2 years accumulative lifting experience. Not currently lifting, dieting only to the tune of roughly 2-2.5lbs loss a week. 23 years old now. Didnt start truly trying to lose until I was 20 almost 21. Family problems worked themselves out and everything got better at home, but I didnt get better. I'd be dead by my own hand by now if I didnt start losing and changing.

Stick to my diet like I have a gun to my head. Continue my weight loss. No cheat days because that leads to cheat day(s) back to back. Maybe start to like myself and not want to throw something at the mirror every morning.

I eat around 100 calories a day and drink 4L (154ish oz) a day of water. In that 1000 calories is about 120g protien. Sometimes I have to cheat a little to not get dizzy so I might have as muchvas 1150 calories.

Any tips and tricks are welcome from those like me.

So the the degree you should tuck corresponds to how long your humerus is in relation to your forearms. Basically you want to tuck as much as possible(tucking is safer) but only to the point where when the bench is at your chest, you have totally vertical forearms and your elbows are under the bar, this requires a degree of flare.
You have to basically play with a combination of tucking versus flare, where you bring the bench, the more you tuck the lower on your body youll have to touch the bench to achieve the above(without going too low).
It all just corresponds to your bone length and how much arch you want.
Basically i finally found my optimal position, so ive added tons of strength.

I did that eatting 3k+ a day fast food(full fucking pizzas and carne asad fries). Drink tons of water, watch shit on YouTube and bust out 1 hour twice a day on your choice of cardio equipment.

Last photo was taken after the day after Christmas dinner.

fwiw I'm starting my bulk in a few weeks, done with cutting as I look really small in clothes.

cutting until ~8% body fat and then lean bulking until probably about where I am now. Probably going to be way too hard to cut to that level, but I want to be sure that there's a nice amount of buffer to bulk, I'm terrified of getting fat again. Being fat is the worst thing in the world.

And I feel you on getting fat again.. Like I should really drop more weight and get to a lower bf% but I've been cutting for so long.. Plus it will be easier if I have more muscle mass.. I plan on "lean bulking" till April then cutting back down for summer.
