Brehs, how meme is this? It looks rather high on the volume for natty lifting
Shameless self bump.

It is a meme
That's entirely too much volume for one day, and not enough throughout the week. You'll wanna hit every body part twice a week, with half that volume per workout. For natty at least. Just find a good push/pull/legs routine.
>>35401978
>little fat or carbs
>plenty of fruit juice
>increase weight once every fortnight
low quality bait
>>35401978
It is a troll. Brosplits don't work well for natties, and that image is full of other bullshit.
Lel fruit juice
>>35401978
>drink plenty of fruit juice for good energy
yeah, nah
people that say this is too much are probably fatties on SS that lift 3x a week for 45mins. Seriously, if you can't do that routine you're simply lazy
shoulders to snap city
Where the fuck did this come from? Been seeing this shit all the time on /fit fuark

Obvious dyel is obvious

>3x1 squats

i dont even
>>35402186
Sure its not an impossible routine to do. But it is time consuming and probably not as effective of a program as ppl or a powerlifting routine with accessory work. This routine has you hitting each muscle once a week. That is such a low amount of training density it would be laughable if it werent for all the people doing it
A:
Squat 3x5
Bench 3x5
Deadlift 1x5
B:
Squat 3x5
The Press 3x5
Power Clean 5x3
AxBxAxx
BxAxBxx
Literally meme my shit up: the weightlifting program

40-60 reps are recommended by Lyle McDonald per given body part for hypertrophy, which I assume you'd want from a routine called "starting aesthetics." Also, studies have shown that hitting a body part twice a week or once every 5 days will yield better results than once a week, regardless of volume per workout. This is a bad routine. Too much volume, and not enough density. If you're seeing good results with a brosplit like this, you should try a P/P/L and see how much better it works.
>>35402101
What do you mean don't work?
I have gained muscle mass and strength on a bro split
>>35402691
> don't work well
Reading comprehension is a good thing family
>>35402691
They don't work well. As a novice you are capable of making linear progression and should work every muscle group at least twice a week.
>>35402818
I didn't say I'm a novice
So your explanation means very little >>35402771
My bad that's what i ment to say. I broke through my stalled squat on a bro split to reach 3 pl8 now
