Been taking creatine for 2 yrs. Grandfather, father, uncles, brother all bald or balding. My hairline is a literal square on my forehead.

Also basically it increases strength by a few per cent and (i think) it increases my pumps a little, worth it imo. 5g a day and $25 of it will last you about 3-4 months.

i am actual proof that if you "abuse" crea your hair will go thinner. this also has happened to many others its normal, its because of dht.

if you take 15+ g daily shit like that will happen, if you play it safe 5g daily its ok

5g is the recommended amount anyways. Why would you want or need to take more than that.

What is your personal experience?
I bought some (because of the sticky) but never used it because I don't understand how it helps.

From what I understood, it is like a store for fast energy which you use up when doing something like lifting. So you have a better performance.. okay. But the goal is to stimulate the muscle and tear up the fibres a little bit so everything gets stronger.
Creatine just makes it tear up more because I can do 2 more reps or what?

Enlighten me please.

no but really when you think about it anything is not natty just like creatine and protein. your best bet is to disregard them all and focus on supplemental nutrition to meet your macros. I take a creatine supplement but otherwise I'm able to meet my macros with just food. some people have a hard time doing that though, so they have to take creatine supplements. I don't take a creatine supplement though, since I just get it through food
