Belt and sleeves only. Beyond that you've got knee wraps (although most people will call that raw w/wraps) and full squat suits (usually referred to as 'equipped', almost always used with knee wraps)
Please ignore the retards above me. Raw usually means that you don't have the super heavy duty equipment. Usually things that are banned in raw meets are wraps (sleeves allowed,) bench sleeves (or the slingshot,) and usually full comp suits. Belts are always allowed, and knee and elbow sleeves are used, though not the assisted kind, just the protection kind

Elbow sleeves are disallowed in most comps, at least for benching (for basically the same reason as feds have had to start bringing in restrictions on knee sleeves - too many smartarses figuring out how to get extra pounds from them). Never seen them used for squats but they might technically be allowed.

Google videos of 'squat suit' and 'bench shirt'. They're basically things you wear to make squatting / benching... not necessarily 'easier', but they allow you to lift more. I can't explain it well.
Raw means without a lifting plug when it's just Bros around the gym. Belts and lifting shirts /suits only come into play when the topic is professional powerlifting.

It's a powerlifting term meaning not equipped, as in not using ply gear.
Using knee sleeves(that dont add poundage), wrist wraps and a belt is raw.
Using knee wraps can sometimes be raw but as >>35397505
says, this is usually called "raw with wraps". Beyond that you have equipped lifting, bench shirts, single, double or triple ply gear.
It's a powerlifting term, it has a definition, this isn't about opinion.
