Is this a legitimately alright training routine for someone who just wants to lose some weight and keep a decent body?
if you want to lose weight, you just need to burn more calories than you eat. First law of thermodynamics, it's as simple as that.
If you want a decent body, go to the gym and lfit.

You're going to realize very quickly that they aren't equivalent exercises. By the time you'll be able to do 10km of running, you'll be doing a lot more than 100 push-ups and 100 sit-ups. Don't follow manga for health advice, anon.
that is a legitimately amazing exercise routine, OP
the thing is i doubt anybody is willing to stick to that kind of routine at least 5 days a week

Fair enough, it was just a silly thought. I also lift occasionally but I'm not really strong, I just do it to not go spaghetti.
You can replace the push ups and squats by 100 burpees in a row.

idk, i run 40 miles a week but can only do 40 pushups in a row

10km is only 6 miles. The average US soldier does this, as some of them are pretty fat.

> can run 15 km
> can do 488 sit up
> can do 512 squat
mfw only 58 pushup

What if one can't afford gymming? (the cheapest option around for me is over $50 a month, and my shitty job gives about $350... haven't even been able to afford a driver's license yet)

I try, but there aren't really any options for me. Hell I'm LUCKY that I got the crap job I'm doing right now.
>>35390674
Like I say in every one of these threads
try it out for a month and find out for yourself
you got nothing to lose. it's always better then no workout
just do it consistently
>>35391239
Yeah I'll give it a go just to see if it sticks. I'll have to start out far lower of course.
>>35390771
>can run 25km
>can do only 20 pushups with proper form
Feel me, bruh.
>>35390674
You do realize that even the jap that wrote OPM knew that his routine was ineffective.
