Hey, so I like being told what to do, but don't know which advice online to follow.
I want to lose weight and have a bikini body for the long term whilist having boobs to be proud of and reducing as much sag as possible.
Where do I go that could find me a schedule to stick to and follow.

Train strength, do some cardio for health reasons, and eat healthy.
Or in other words, read the sticky.
Even though I know myself it's a lot more "motivating" to have people actually tell me what I need to do, then to read it from a sticky.

2) A combination of cardio and something like pic related? I don't know if it's the sort of thing that is approved of here, but if you need a plan to stick to, the 30 day challenge things might help you get started or give you an idea of what you like doing?

30 day challenges are better then doing no activity. But most of them are either to easy or hard.
Best you can do is get someone to make a workout routine based on your goals and motivation, and hold you accountable. As in check in every weekend with status on how the workouts went, how your diet went etc.
