Looks like a sprained ankle, stay off of it as best you can and it'll heal up fine in a month or two, it'd also be a good idea to brace the joint if you can, or wear some sort of foot wear that has good ankle support if you need to move around.

hey OP, just did the same thing a few weeks ago, my foot is in a air cast for 6 weeks as I have a small avulsion fracture.
Protect, Rest, Ice Compression, Elevation
take some naproxen twice a day to help with swelling
Getting under the squat rack for the first time in a couple weeks due to back injury
