My 2015 resolution was to get a six pack and it was way easier than I thought.

For 2016 I'm going to work harder on my PhD research, and try to get my total to 1200 at less than 12-13% body fat (currently 930 total at 12% bf).

I wanted to dead lift 200kg by the end of this year (up from 160kg), but instead I started martial arts and running, my DL is now 175kg which isn't terrible considering I'm lucky to DL once a fort night.

I want to read more in 2016. I already ordered a lot of philosophy books I've been meaning to read. I want to go camping at some point in 2016, it's been several years since I camped. I want to cut down to 190 ish in 2016, but if all goes asmoothly planned this should be accomplished in the next few months.

As for for 2015's resolutions, I did them all. My only resolutions were to stop biting my nails (I used to chew em down to where you could see most of the nailbed, shit was gross) and to keep lifting (been at it for about a year and a half now and I've never missed a work out).

Tee bee eighch if you're lifting you don't need to cut out fast food entirely. Just don't eat fries or shakes or shit that is devoid of any worthwhile macros. I hit Wendy's probably 3 or 4 times per week to buy some grilled chicken snack wraps or some jr. cheeseburgers. That being said, if you do eat fast food make sure to count your calories. My weight is under control but I make sure to never fuck up my daily calories.
