Just started using one, obviously the only gains I'm seeing for now are just after the pump, will take few months to see some permanent gain I guess. Maybe I should also add it did no damage whatsoever
Only problem I have with it is that I'm supposed to use it for 15 minutes under the shower, while I usually shower in 5 minutes, I get really bored and tend to focus on the discomfort of your penis being pumped
