With uni i can only lift 3x a week for about an hour and a half. And 3x a week during my bulk i gained probably like 5 pounds of muscle in 5 months easy, maybe more

you have to remember that when you work out, you tear the muscle tissue. allowing a break In between workouts ensures that your gains don't make your muscles look a disgusting and uneven mess like pic related. slow and steady progress makes the sexiest gains. no need to rush thing you faggot, well all get there one day.
