Hi /fit/. I was wondering if you guys knew of any cheap high caloric yet nutritinal foods I could buy to survive the next month as a homeless person. I have around $100 alloted to food expenditures but I'm unsure of which foods would keep me relatively healthy without having to spend what sad amount of money I have left.
For the last week and a half, I've been surviving off of large Crazy Bread with meat sauce from Little Caesar's. It's less than $3 per day, but I know it's not something I can continue to afford in the long run. Any help is much appreciated.

This. Beans are 88/cents a can from a Dollar Store (think Dollar General) if you're an Amerifag. That and try to buy some veg from a farmer's market/stand/type place. That should last fairly well.

Shelters are almost a no-go for me. From what I previously understood and from what others on /b/ have stated, it's a sure fire way to get my belongings jacked.
As of now, I don't look like a typical homeless person. I still dress well enough to not stand out and I take care of my hygiene. If anything, I look like a normal person carrying a gym bag around.

Stand outside of a smaller food store and ask people coming in to buy you some cheap food. Don't ask for money, don't ask people coming out of the store for their food.

Find a grocery that sells it dried. It's a lot cheaper usually when dried, all you have to do is reconstitute it in water and you get the same thing. If you can, this is gonna sound really gay but look up videos that teach you how to eat for a dollar a day, you'll find stuff. Good luck

Go to donut shops at closing time. Either ask for their unused donuts or snag them from the dumpster out back. You can literally get a months supply of donuts in one day.
