Take a couple good pictures of it, and check again in six months or a year. If it's still on the decline, get on fin. Min only works in about 50% of dudes, and only for a few years. Fin works for way more dudes, but side effects are definitely (probably) a risk you should be aware of. If you can catch it early, you can reasonably push back the End Times till middle age.
