so i went on a bulk from skinnyfat and gained 10kg while my BF% incread by 5 or so.

i want to keep bulking as long as possible but also be ready for june.

how long will it take to take this to 10% BF

Strength yes, size no, so keep your main lifts 3x3 with very heavy weights, your last rep should barely be completed.

Tbh senpai you got a big frame and good amount of muscle. You don't need any more muscle gains for aesthetics

i am just afraid to cut down and be dissapointed. its one of the reasons why i do cable crunches every wokout and am thinking about finding an even better ab workout.

I stopped gaining bodyfat at 203 pounds up until 220. At 225 i went up to 21% bf.

Climbing to 220 did make me appear leaner and a lot of pants that didnt fit finally became wearable again. Weird phenomenon
