Well I'm just here studying abroad for a year but I plan to come back and work later. But yeah go for it man.
I'm not sure, I guess it depends on how you look. I'm 6'0 or 180'ish cm depending which unit you use, have blonde hair and blue eyes, so I'm pretty popular. Some girls here like girly guys but I have heard a lot of girls say that they like guys with more muscle but absolutely not Wealthy Piano mode.

secondly. that isn't fucking how protein anabolism works. what you read, and then subsequently misinterpreted was a study on the maximum amount of protein you can SYNTHESIZE. which isn't that much.

but we knew that. if you could synthesize 100g protein in a sitting, you would be growing a fucking pound of muscle a day or more.

you want to eat AT LEAST 25g protein every meal to maintain maximal protein synthesis.

but beyond protein synthesis, you need to also reduce protein breakdown (This is constantly happening, you are always building muscle and losing muscle, the key is to change the ratio of building:losing. reducing protein breakdown does that immensely - not losing your gains is just as crucial as making them to begin with)

You're def on the right track, but most of these studies are done on untrained college students or type 2 diabetics.

You're super right wit the amino economy between nitrogen retention, MPS and muscle protein degradation; for someone trained like ourselves MPS is much more elevate but so is MPD. So our upper limit is much higher than the standard estimation of 25-30g. Probably more like 60g at the least, and for an actual competing athlete or BBer probably 75g per meal.
