Weight loss tricks?
So I heard that green tea helps to lose weight because it's a thermogenic. Is it true?
Are there any other foods like this that can help burn some calories to maximise weight loss? I know they won't do miracles but they still might help.
eat less
Cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts
1200kcal maintenance
DNP+Excedrin stack
Jk. .. coffee has the same property as green tea (many of the thermogenics are just caffeine in a pill)
People usually say the same about red pepper, ginger and.... cold water.
but srsly.. all those are just a little help... if u don't change diet that's useless. ..

Green Tea/
Black Tea/
Are both extremely useful in weight loss because
>They burn calories being processed
>Has caffeine which will further burn calories
>Actually helps you retain water weight
>Benefits the digestive system
>multiple other benefits that are good for lifting/cardio
You honestly can't go wrong drinking either.

Then how do people lose weight by adding breakfast and not changing anything else? Nah man, your early 90s nutrition science doesn't convince me.

This. I eat a LOT and I still manage to expend more calories than I take in.
>Breakfast
Half a cup of oatz w/ a cup of 2% milk
Kale/Apple/Whey smoothie
---At this point I do HIIT cardio followed by my PPL routine, I don't workout on Sundays---
>Post workout
Can of light tuna in water or can of sardines in extra virgin olive oil
Cup of spinach
Cup of quinoa (cooked)
Banana
>Lunch
MEAT (Grass fed beef steak or baked chicken or salmon filet)
Cup of VEG (Broccoli or spinach or kale or collard)
Cup of BEANZ (Chili, black eye peas, feijoada)
Cup of quinoa
>Dinner
MEAT
VEG
BEANZ
Quinoa
>Two hours before bed
Half a cup of cottage cheese
I drink plenty of water and green tea throughout the day and if I'm absolutely starving I eat some raw broccoli.
So yeah, you can eat a lot, just eat the right stuff and stay active.
