Myself I only lift weights, but for the fuck of it I just checked my calinestics.

i only do calis since i started boxing over lifting again. lifting is just boring compared to boxing i feel like.

i don't count push ups because i always feel like i cop out.

i can do 12 strict form pull ups with a weighted vest on. probably more but i always do them after i do my boxing routine.

Those pushups are military standard, that's what I got on my last BFA. So there's a bloke standing there saying take one off if the form isn't; Perfectly rigid, You go below upper arms parallel and you go up to full lockout.
